Der Hintergrund ist klar. Die Innovationen aus dem eigene Hause reichen offensichtlich nicht aus um Schritt zu halten. Auch kulturell sind interne Innovatoren oft gebunden an bestehende Denkmuster, orientieren sich an Tradition und bestehenden Prozessen. Heraus kommen Verbesserung des ohnehin bereits Perfekten. Effizienz in Reinform. Die Beteiligung an Start-ups soll es nun richten. Man kauft sich eine neue Dynamik, schaut pl\u00f6tzlich befreit \u00fcber den Tellerrand und berauscht sich an der fremden Agilit\u00e4t und jugendlichen Frische. Nicht selten ergeben sich aus solchen Konstellationen regelrechte Grabenk\u00e4mpfe zwischen etablierten F&amp;E Abteilungen und externen Innovatoren der Start-ups. Dabei will man doch eigentlich das Gleiche. Schnelle Innovationen und Produktentwicklung. Problematisch erscheint die Organisation von Ambidextrie, also gleichzeitig effizient und flexibel zu sein, gleichzeitig inkrementell und radikal, gleichzeitig zu optimieren und Freude am Risiko zu haben. Und das sprichw\u00f6rtlich alles unter einem Dach. Vielleicht ein bisschen viel verlangt. Die bisherigen Erfolge sind, mal abgesehen von \u00fcberragendem Marketingeffekten, denn Start-ups sind immer noch ziemlich cool, \u00fcberschaubar. Nicht alle Ideen \u00fcberleben. Die Mortalit\u00e4tsrate ist leider hoch. Es bleibt ein Hochrisikogesch\u00e4ft. Aber es gibt Licht am Ende des Tunnels. Wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse geben erste Orientierung (z.B. Die Forderung nach einem klaren Austausch \u00fcber die Erwartungen, W\u00fcnsche und Hoffnungen klingt wie ein Anachronismus aus einer vergangenen Zeit. Sie tragen keinen organisatorischen Ballast etablierter Unternehmen (geringe Overheads). Darum geht es. Ein wichtiges Argument gegen\u00fcber etablierten Unternehmen. Dennoch sollten Start-ups nicht vergessen, die Durchsetzung der eigenen Entwicklung ist ein anspruchsvolles Vorhaben. Sehr fr\u00fcher Kontakt mit Kunden, auch mit noch nicht voll funktionsf\u00e4higen Prototypen hilft den Markt besser zu verstehen.
